The Sentinel is a coffee shop, restaurant, bar and event venue located in Marfa, Texas.
Enjoy an Americano and some breakfast or a cocktail and some lunch in our spacious, historic Adobe, or savor locally inspired food on our shaded back patio.

Breakfast starts at 7:30am, along with assorted baked goods.
Lunch starts at 11am.
Coffee served till 3pm, last call for cocktails at 2:45pm.
